We do not assist in planning details of your wedding.  We will hear your questions and concerns and give advice. We have soooo many helpful tips up our sleeves to ease your mind and guide you in the right direction.

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

    All refund requests must be made in writing to faith@whimsyeventservices.com within [7] days of the order purchase date and time.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your request for a refund, we will process your 75% refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
