  • 2 hours of online planning assistance (via Zoom)
    • Use these two hours whenever you decide to for extra assistance on your plannign journey. If you want to ask for asistance, advice or help in an area in your portal we are ready to assist!

    Once we receive your reply your portal will be ready within 24 hours OR on the next business day (if it's a weekend).

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

    All refund requests must be made in writing to faith@whimsyeventservices.com within [7] days of the order purchase date and time.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your request for a refund, we will process your 75% refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
