FAITH KENZLER
Founder & Lead Planner/Designer
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for people. Whether I'm huddling with a booth team before the doors open or watching a couple see their reception for the first time, those connections are what make this work meaningful.
My background spans nonprofit work, corporate operations, weddings, and trade show management. It taught me that every great event rests on two things: careful systems and real care for the people involved. The details that overwhelm most people energize me. And whether it's a boardroom or a ballroom, I always bring a little whimsy: a thoughtful touch, a moment of delight, a guest who feels truly seen.
For companies, I serve as your part-time Events Lead on retainer. I run your trade show calendar, roadshows, VIP dinners, and annual company events, from booth logistics and staffing to the lead handoff to sales. Your team stays focused on relationships and closing business, without you adding a full-time hire.
For couples, being trusted with your love story is a privilege. I walk alongside you through every detail so you can be fully present on your wedding day. I take a limited number of weddings each year, so every couple gets my full attention.
When I'm not working, you'll find me with my husband, Greg, exploring trails and gardens or visiting Disneyland, one of our favorite places. I'm also a proud bird mom to Tweety, a very chatty parrotlet who loves flying!
GREG KENZLER
Business Manager
With over 22 years of experience in project management and planning, Greg brings a wealth of expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to every event. His MBA in Business Administration sharpened his skills in balance, symmetry, and behind-the-scenes precision—qualities he now channels into creating seamless events for our clients.
Beyond his professional work, Greg has been a dedicated Little League umpire for over 20 years, a reflection of his deep commitment to community involvement and giving back. He believes in being an active part of the world around him, both professionally and personally.
In his free time, you’ll often find Greg enjoying the magic of Disneyland (we are proud to be "disney adults"), exploring new destinations on the weekends, hiking with Faith, building a bmx bike, or unwinding with a sci-fi show and a good glass of whiskey.
DANEL LIPPARELLI
Lead Event Assistant
Danel’s dedication to service runs deep. A long-time volunteer with the Red Cross, wife, mother, grandmother, humanitarian, and mentor to young women in her community, Danel is driven by a passion to help others live their best lives.
Her role at Whimsy Events aligns perfectly with her love for making dreams come true. Danel finds immense joy in witnessing the happiness of our clients as they see their vision come to life. Though she often works behind the scenes, on the day-of, her contributions are vital to making every event a seamless and memorable experience.
