We are here as you plan if you need anything or run into issues! This portal is most ideal for the confident DIY wedding planner who feels they don't need hand holding and can take it and run with the details now that they have an amazing system in place that all works together. 
 
If you do need to ask questions of a wedding planner, you can utilize the comment feature in the portal and will receive a reply within 24 hours (or the next business day if it's a weekend).

  • You'll receive a confirmation email after your purchase with a link to set up an onboarding call with us. We want to get you planning as quickly as possible! 

    Your portal will be ready within 24 hours OR on the next business day (if it's a weekend).

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    REFUNDS

    All refund requests must be emailed to faith@whimsyeventservices.com within 3 days (72 hours) of order purchase date and time. Any refund requests after the time frame will be denied.

    After receiving your request for a refund, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
