  • What makes you different from other Planning Portals?
    You can find dozens of wedding planning apps and websites with checklists and to do lists. What you CAN'T find is one with a REAL wedding planner available for questions and advise when you hit a snag in your planning process! Our unique approach lets you send a question or roadblock to your wedding planner and you have 20+ years of experience on your side to help you through the issues or questions you're facing.
  • How soon can I get started?
    You'll receive an email after your purchase confirming your information. It'll have a link for you to schedule an onboarding to get you planning as quickly as possible! Your portal will be ready within 24 hours OR on the next business day (if it's a weekend).
  • Do you plan my wedding?
    No. We setup a custom portal for you and give you the resources and tools you need to do it yourself...checklists, calendars, timeline drafts, layout tools, design boards, budget tools, reminders for payment dates...and the list goes on! We have videos to guide you through anything you don't understand in your portal, PLUS you have an experienced planner behind the scenes on the other end to message if you get stuck or overwhelmed! We share expertise and advice as you need it, but we don't plan your wedding for you.
  • What if I need more help than I think?
    No problem! We offer hourly planning advice to walk through the road blocks you're facing and help you solve the issues as you need it. Contact us for more details as you need it.
  • Can I add others to my portal that are helping me plan?
    Yes! We encourage it. Adding your helpers to the portal is a great idea to keep everyone on the same page and updated as plans progress.
  • What if we just want to hire a Planner for it all?
    DO IT! If you're able to afford it, a full service planner is the easiest and most stress-free way to go when planning your wedding. We offer Virtual Assistance all the way to Full service because we believe wedding planning expertise should be available to anyone, regardless of their financial investment levels.
  • What is a virtual call like?
    We hop on and talk about whatever is on your mind that you need assistance with! If you want to review tasks, timelines, design plans, budgets, contracts, layouts or talk through dynamics...we will listen and give you advice and the resources you need. Our main goal is to give you the tools to plan on your own and only need us for the things that come up you weren't expecting.
  • Do you have vendor recommendations?
    We have an EXTENSIVE list of vendors in every category imaginable that we trust all over the country. If you need recommendations we will review the market vendors in your area and give you the top choices we'd recommend for your budget and vision.
  • How do we communicate with you when we have questions?
    We encourage all our clients to utilize their portal comments sections (we will show you how!) and you can always contact us through email as well. We respond to all emails within 24 hours during normal business hours.
  • Do you have a payment plan?
    No. Full payment is required up front since all resources are loaded into the portal and given at the start of your planning journey.
  • Do you have a refund policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. All refund requests must be made in writing to faith@whimsyeventservices.com within 3 days (72 hours) of order purchase date and time. Any refund requests after the time frame will be denied. REFUNDS After receiving your request for a refund, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the confirmation of your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
